Structure: PU floored split mounting type/eccentric hook

1.1  Wall: PU 100/75mm thermal insulation panel

           PU density: 40KG/ m³

Wall connected with eccentric hook, the in- and exterior wall are covered with hot dipped galvanized steel, the steel sheet is 0.5mm thick or by customer’s order.

1.2  Floor: PU thermal insulation panel with 18mm plywood embedded, max bearing 1200KG/ m³, the in- and exterior floor are covered with hot dipped galvanized steel, the steel sheet is 0.5mm thick or by customer’s order. Anti-static carpet and anti static copper net.

1.3  Roof: PU 100mm thermally insulated panel with double-slopped roof. Roof connected with eccentric hook. Waterproof seal and processed between layers. The in- and exterior roof are covered with hot dipped galvanized steel, the steel sheet is 0.5mm thick or customer’s order.

1.4  Door: PU thermal insulation panel with heavy duty deadlock.
