Mobile shelter is an integrated system consisted of shelter body, AC distribution, temperature control system, environment monitoring system and the matching accessories but BTS equipment and power supply. It is specially designed for the outdoor application of the base station. It consists of the shelter body, air-conditioner, heater, power and environment monitoring system, air-ventilation system, etc. As no fix-location house is required to set up, the use of the mobile shelter is easy and convenient for construction and transportation, and it is capable of working in various weather conditions. It is applicable for installation along roads and highways, in scenic sports, emporiums and remote regions, so costs for the construction and maintenance can be greatly reduced, and the construction cycle of mobile networks can be greatly shortened and therefore it is an ideal choice for the construction of GSM, CDMA, 3G and other networks.
The shelters can be classified into two types in terms of the structure: split mounting type and entire hoist-installing shelter.
And the split mounting type can be further divided into the eccentric hook shelter and faucet serging shelter.
The eccentric hook shelter is to have the eccentric hook pre-embedded into the polyurethane thermal insulation panel while the thermal insulation panel is being processed. To assemble the shelter, just simply connect the boards with the eccentric hook during assembling so making the integrated shelter as a whole.
Faucet serging shelter is to shape the faucet of thermal insulation panel and then insert each other during assembling, and finally connect them with various bound edge so as forming the integrated shelter as a whole.
Both the steel base and non-steel base are selectable for split mounting type shelter.
The corrugated monocline roof, A-shaped rood and double-layer roof are selectable for the split mounting type shelter.
There are two types of material; PU and EPS can be used as Shelter’s thermal insulation. The interior and exterior panels may adopt pre-coated color steel panel or reinforced glass-fiber panel.

2.Performance
2.1 Wind-resistance
Under working status, can resist the wind speed up to 40m/s, 60m/s(Gust).
2.2 Fire-resistance
The surface and thermal insulation material have the characteristics of fire-resistance; the fire on the material will be self-extinguish in 30s after being separated from the fire-origin.
2.3 Earth-quake resistance
It can resist earthquake up to level 7.
2.4 Waterproof
The shelter can resist the water-pressure up to 0.2MPa. No leakage from walls and ceiling after 30m of rain, rain level 16mm/min
2.5 light-seal
There is no light coming from outside and the seal of the ventilation hole.of the shelter after the door closed.
2.6 heat-seal
The heat conduction from PU sandwiched hot dipped galvanized panel is lower than 0.021w/m.k. The heat conduction from EPS hot dipped galvanized steel is lower than 0.035w/m.k.
2.7 Impact-resistance
roof, wall and the floor panels can take the impact from a steel ball without any damage. Test: steel ball with the diameter 75mm. weight 31kg, free-fall from 760mm on to the test object.
2.8 Load-taking
2.8.1 roof: Capable of taking the load above 250Kg/ m2 (PU Hot dipped galvanized steel) Capable of taking the load above 200Kg/ m2 (EPS Hot dipped galvanized steel)
2.8.2 Floor: Capable of taking the load more than 1200Kg/M2. In the area of 400mm *400mm taking the load more than 2000kg, Floor surface can take the following test without damage.
Test: steel ball with the diameter 75mm. weight 1kg, free-fall from 1000mm on to test surface.
2.9 Corrosion resistance
The surface of steel structure is treated with Hot dipped galvanization; the thickness of galvanization is not thinner than 86micron, galvanization surface is flat, not impurity. Not corrosion and fall-off after the salty fog.
2.10 sunlight resistance
The rubber and other sealing materials, which exposed under the sunlight, have good sunlight resistance, no serious deterioration, cracks and losing elasticity.
