1.Structure

1. The fence for integrated shelter is bonded with anti-theft bolts and nuts. The fence is using high-density materials, it is capable of endure high-level of impact.

2. The surface of the fence is treated with hot dipped galvanization. It has high-level of corrosion, rust and salt-fog resistance. The protection material for surface treatment can be customized by customer’s order. The appearance and size of the fence is under the industrial standard or can be modified by customer’s order.

3. Wire gauge is installed on top of every part of the fence; it is effective for anti-theft, other anti-theft equipment can be installed by order.

4. Standard manufacturing, the fence parts are manufactured in the factory, only transportation and installation needed to set it up. It ensure the quality of the fence, also shortens installation lead-time.

2. Installation

1. Easy installation, assemble. It greatly shortens the installation lead-time, reduces the activity on site.

2. Able to look through the fence, avoid blind spot on the shelter, and reduce the burglarproof then the maintenance cost.

1. For the safety of shelters and equipment, prevent unauthorized entry.

Fence consists of: mid standing pillar, Rim angle pillar, crosspiece, rail, wire gauge support and wire gauge etc. All steel surfaces are treated with hot dipped galvanization; galvanization thickness by industrial standardization GB/T 13912. Galvanization surface is flat, not impurity.

To ensure the quality of the fence, all rail and pillar are formed with rolling mill. The thickness of steel material is 2.5mm minimal. Fence is equipped with burglarproof bolts and nuts. The height of the fence is 2350mm, piercing top. Rails and pillars are at the same height. All joint points are connected with burglarproof bolts, nuts and matching spring washers.

1.4 Wire gauge

700mm Wire gauge is installed on the top of the fence. Wire gauge is fixed on wire gauge support by hot dipped galvanized wire. The support is 500mm higher than the pillars for easy installation. Wire gauge is with steel flat blade, installed along with the fence.
